Ingredients needed for 4 people

250 grams of mincemeat
1 bell pepper
1 onion
1 table spoon of tomato paste
1 table spoon of sour lemon juice
100 grams of pizza cheese(optional)
Salt and black pepper as much as needed
Oil and turmeric as much as needed

First phase
First dice the onion and fry it with some oil in a suitable pan so the onions become golden and light. Next add some turmeric and black pepper to the onion and fry it until they are coherent.

Second phase
Next add the mincemeat and fry it for some minutes with the onion so the mincemeat is fried well. Next slice or dice the mushroom and add them to the pan and fry them a bit.

Third phase
Add the sour lemon juice with the mushrooms to prevent them from darkening in color. After the juice of the mushroom evaporates, dice the bell pepper and fry with the other ingredients for some minutes so soften it.

Fourth phase
In this phase make some space in the middle of the pan and add the tomato paste there and fry it to get rid of its raw taste. Now add some salt and mix the ingredients well to make them coherent, then put the pan aside so that it cools down.

Ingredients needed for Pirashki dough

2 to 1/5 glass of white flour
3 eggs
Half a cup water
4 table spoons of liquid oil
1 table spoon of instant dough yeast
1 table spoon of sugar
The recipe of Pirashki dough

First phase
First you should prepare the dough, to do so mix the yeast with sugar and half cup of lukewarm water in a dish with a lid, then put the lid on and place it in a somehow warm place until the dough bubbles and becomes ready.

Second phase
After the dough is ready after 10 minutes, pour it in a deep and spacious bowl. Then add the eggs with some salt and liquid oil to the dough and mix them with each other so they become coherent.

Third phase
Now add the flour little by little and knead it with your hand until it becomes a bit sticky. If you add too much flour the dough becomes dry and hard. The dough should be so soft and so little sticky at the end.

Fourth phase
After the dough is collected knead it with your hands for 15 minutes then grease a big dish with some oil and let the dough rest in it. Cover the dish with a cellophane and put it in a warm place for an hour.

Fifth phase
After an hour knead the dough a bit to get rid of its excessive air and then spread the dough to the width of half a centimeter with a rolling pin on a flat surface. Now mold it with a round mold or the edge of the yogurt bowl mold it.

Sixth phase
Place some of the mixture on each of the molded doughs then pour some pizza cheese on the mixture and fold the edges of the on the mixture, in a way that the mixture is placed in semicircle of dough.

Seventh phase
Now pressure the edges of the dough with knife or a fork to stick them to each other. After preparing all the pirashki, grease the oven tray and place the pirashki with little distance from each other on the tray.

Eighth phase
For covering the surface of the pirashki use the mixture of an egg yolk and a table spoon of liquid oil. After applying the mixture, you can pour some sesame or portulaca oleracea seeds to make them look fancier if you like.

Ninth phase
You should turn the oven on 180 degrees 15 minutes before to heat it up, then place the pirashki in the oven for 20 minutes to cook them. After pirashki is ready turn the grill on for 2 minutes so the surface of the the pirashki becomes golden.

Tenth phase
If you want, you can fry the pirashki in oil as well. To do so, pour some special frying oil in a spacious dish and place it on gentle heat, then fry them carefully in oil and serve it with your favorite sauce.
